As a care supervisor, my primary role is to staff the right clinician to accommodate the specific needs of each client across the Chicagoland area. I am dedicated to the well-being of both clinicians and clients. When hiring, I don’t look for the good things in people; I look for the bad things. This approach allows me to ensure the best match for my clients. My fluency in Spanish eliminates any language barriers with Spanish-speaking clients or clinicians.I am currently pursuing a degree in business administration at National Louis University to further enhance my skills and knowledge, applying them in real-world scenarios.I take great pride in assisting individuals and their loved ones.
