 A business analyst for clients “Braxtone & MEA Insurance Companies” Interacting with the client for requirement gathering, resolving technical and functional issues. Working closely with project stakeholders, SME’s, staff to understand the requirements andspecifications for either new applications or re-engineering the existing applications. Document the requirements into a Business requirement document (BRD)/FunctionalSpecification document (FSD). Point of Contact between client and the Development team. Conducting daily stand up meeting with development and testing team to ensure therequirements are implemented on time as per the SLA. Planning, tracking and monitoring progress of requirement development and testing. Production server maintenance, Patch Deployment and generating reports from Prod DB. Performing sanity, SIT and UAT manual testing on the application. Understand the entire data flow and data structure from source to destination. Sharing formal weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed.

 Handle the claims reported for different manufacturers. Give work approvals to the workshops and settle the claims once bills received. Maintain TAT, average claim, loss ratio and settlement ratio as per company requirements. Work closely with development team and involve in UAT & Integration testing to define andimprove the requirements and claim operations. Claims analysis w.r.t the Business requirements as per company module. User acceptance testing of online claims management software (DigitCare, DigitDesk). Establishing knowledge transfer and providing knowledge transfer.

 Responsible for the claim registration/surveyor appointment/follow up /settlement Responsible for verifying the policy coverage and policy holder benefits. Responsible to co-ordinate with insured and Broker for the claim documents/speedy settlement. To provide the timely updates & sending proper claim settlement details/denial claim intimationwith reasons to the insured/Broker. Periodical review of claims should be done and responsible to send the outstanding claims withpending reason to insured. Doing salvage exploration and its record maintenance Ensuring proper reserves updating in the claims. Maintaining and sending suitably Large Value claim advice to Underwriters/Agency head/Branchhead in case of major loss claims populated. Partner management and handling the Escalation matrix

 Analyzing the accident and vehicles involved in accident. Assessing the damages and provide assistance to the repair work. Validating the quality of the repair work. Calculating the Claim liability based on policy terms and conditions. Settling the claim within specified TAT. Handling theft claims and periodic maintenance of the same.
