Coordination of a team of 6 people, among employees, trainees and a third party. The main objective of the department is to provide service to customers and the market in bolted joint design, as well as improvements in assemblies involving threaded fasteners, failure analysis, rationalization of fastening elements, dynamic tests (friction, torque, fatigue, ultrassonic). I also teach basic (4 hours) and advanced (40 hours) training on bolted joints technology, both at Metalac and in company, having attended more than 50 companies in 10 years, among automakers and autoparts companies.

In Engineering, I manage the development process of new products (APQP), modifications of products and processes, and improvement and cost reduction projects.In the area of Research and Development, the team coordinates the development of new products and processes, projects involving investments, and technical support to automotive customers, through design of bolted joints, trainings, fastener rationalization projects and failure analysis.

Desenvolvimento de novos produtos (parafusos, prisioneiros, porcas e extrudados), transcrição das especificações técnicas em um desenho interno de produto (CAD), desenvolvimento de todo o processo de fabricação (APQP), desde o pedido inicial de amostras até a submissão de PPAP e validação perante o cliente, utilizando todas as ferramentas necessárias para atender aos requisitos específicas de cada cliente.
