Involved in full lifecycle of US IT Recruitment as IT Recruiter .Involving in Searching, identifying the requirements for placing the consultants in contract, contract to hire and permanent positions. Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories. Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the Candidates considered for a specific position. General administrative responsibilities as needed.Dealing with consultants on H1B, GC and C2C, etc. Maintaining Consultant database individually depending on the technologies. Expert in using job portals like Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc. Understanding the Clients /Tier1 requirements. Submitting the right consultants profiles located in US for the Direct Client / Tier-1 requirements. Coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the Candidates. Enhancing Vendor Company’s database. Monitoring and follow-up till final selection.
