Currently I am working with HOSTLELO WEB SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED where my responsibility is to manage and resolve all the web hosting related issue using ticket system in WHMCS, live chat support. I manage all dedicated, VPS server like installation of cPanel/Plesk control panel and other free web hosting control panel like CentOS Web Panel, ZPanel according to customer requirement. Taking weekly backup and restore the backup if client required. Regularly checking disk usage, IP blacklist, spamming issue and other server resources and upgrading server if required. SSL certificate installation, Domain registration/renewal, updating price in WHMCS and all WHMCS related task. Renewal of all dedicated, VPS server using credit card with data center before due date. Downloading all the paid invoices in PDF format and keep record of received payment from client and paid payment to upstream provider, GST record, credit card payment record etc.

Responsibility: Server Monitoring, Support Ticket Handling on Help-Desk and Phone, Chat Support, Billing and sales Management using WHMCS, New Account/order setup using WHMCS, Manual Hosting account setup for customers using Plesk and WHM Control Panel, Domain Registration, SSL Certificate Installation etc.
