- Building detailed Financial Models (P&L, BS, CF, Key Metrics and Valuation) of listed companies from scratch for forecasting purpose.- Analyzing financial operating information relating to companies and industries and building financial models of different US, UK & Asian companies in MS Excel.-Maintaining or Updating company and industry models. Reviewing financial models, auditing, and performing sanity checks.-Valuation of a company using various methods like DCF, SOTP, Relative valuation (Multiple based).-Tracking ongoing event-related changes to companies resulting from M&A, spin-offs, reorganizations, and other corporate actions.-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators KPI and financial multiples.-Work on client specific projects (Auto and Energy Industry).-Interacting with clients to adopt their methodologies andtemplates.-Reviewing the annual performance of Team members.-Direct Thomson Reuters (T1), BAM Sec and Capital-IQ.
