Screening & Short listing: - •Screening & Short listing the sourced profiles according to the specification of client to provide best quality resumes to client. Salary negotiation: - Salary negotiation and fixing their compensation.•Scheduling Interview: - Scheduling interview of short listed candidates .•Follow ups:-Following up with the candidates on till joining dates. •Reference Checks: - Conducting reference check of the Candidates. •Database management: -• Maintaining a database of the candidates and the clients to proceed systematically and providing timely response to the client.

Coordination with placement agencies, inviting candidates through Job portals & preparing JD’s if necessary. Following HR Policies, System & Procedure for HR Operations and Coordination for Developments. Evaluating and facilitating continuous improvement of individuals against clearly defined preset goals and targets, arranging Induction/Orientation Program of the new employees. MIS report preparation for Staffs / Operatives.  Personnel Administration Responsible for issue of Offer Letter, Joining Formalities, Orientation Program, Antecedent Verification, Appointment Letters, CTC Break up & maintain Personal Records. Exit Formalities Full and Final settlements, Final post in Accounts department, Experience Letter, Reliving letter & Exit interview,  Training & Development Coordinate the organizing training activities that include Induction, conducts new-employee orientation, Co-Ordination & arranges all Internal & external training programs. Maintain Training records & training calendar.  Employee Relation & Communication Process Proactively handle employee relation issue, Get-together, Communication Meetings & Feedback, Employee Care.
