Retail Banking Credit Portfolio Management:Project Objective (Credit Card Usage Analysis)• As a credit card usage analyst is responsible for analyzing data related to the use of credit cards by consumers. This includes data on credit card transactions, credit card balances, payment patterns, and other aspects of credit card usage• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data on credit card usage from a variety of sources, such as financial records, customer accounts, and bureau information’s and combine them into an analytical data model using programming language like SAS and Python• Identifying trends and patterns in the data that can inform decision-making about credit card products and services• Developing business insights and KPI Metrics into storytelling dashboards in Excel and Tableau• Collaborating with other team members, such as data scientists and business analysts, to ensure that credit card usage analysis is aligned with overall business objectives• Providing insights and recommendations to management on ways to optimize credit card usage and minimize risk by approving authorization and CLI• Monitoring the performance of credit card products over time and identifying potential issues or areas of concern in terms of Delinquent vs Non-Delinquent behaviors. Track accounts performance by revolving and transactor approaches by accounts over time• Supporting the development and implementation of strategies to improve credit card usage and customer satisfaction.• Identifying transactional patterns and mitigate emerging risks using technologies like SAS, SQL, PYTHON, EXCEL, POWER BI, TABLEAU.

• Collect, manipulate data from customer previous purchase data and prepare acquisition and retain analysis report on daily to monthly reporting. Tools – SAS, SQL, Access and Excel• Prepare store, customer and product level marketing strategy to identify opportunities in terms of customer acquisition, retention, engagement program, revenue enhancement, strategy building, inventory and procurement management analysis.• Design data model to get insightful information by applying manipulation techniques through expression and actions for storytelling dashboard• Track sales data to measure store level product demand to weekly, monthly and quarterly inventory management.• Track customer behavior to segment customer into high revenue vs low revenue and compare of high visit vs low visits and segment them into Bonafide - Loyal customer |Power Customer |Casual customer |Miser customer.• Develop strategy to customer retention, engagement, acquisition and revenue enhancement strategy over time.
