I have been appointed in-charge as Assistant project manager primarily for the Stage II Full scale Groundwater Remediation System(BAN600) project at Adugodi Bangalore.Bosch intents the abstracted ground water will be treated to remove the contaminants of concern (CoC) with the Groundwater Treatment System(GTS) prior to use on-site for irrigation. The GTS includes processes for removal of CHCs and TPH. The GTS will be designed such that the treated water quality meets the application criterion for irrigation for CHCs and TPH. Once the groundwater remediation system(GWRS) is designed, procured, installed and commissioned, it is anticipated the the GWRS will be operated to remove contaminant mass to the extent possible. Along with these responsibilities other Environmental aspects such as rainwater-harnessing, water balancing and water neutral activities have to be carried out at various site of Bosch within Bangalore.
