When I took charge, with the implementation of GST, expanding business, traditional practices Northen region was facing challenges pertaining to on time deliveries, material availability and inventory. Within 6 months with systematic approach I established a logistic structure, SCM practices and KPI monitoring to gain control on all warehouses and to support sales team. These changes helped organization through improved delivery performance Increased Inventory Record Accuracy and enhanced visibility in Supply Chain.Apart from this I have taken a lead in implementation of Supply network restructuring project. I ensured the smooth transition and successful implementation of the consolidation project which will deliver 1.8 Cr of annual saving, 15% reduction in inventory levels and 48 Hrs of ensured delivery performance.
