Reporting to HOD/Group CFOMain Responsibilities at Corporate role:• Consolidation of IFRS compliant statutory financial and MIS on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis• Consolidation budgetary financial statements (statutory) annually• Group audit planning, execution and condonation with auditors (big 4 firms) for timely completion of audit• Responsible for following as Group Taxation Officer in consultation with the tax consultants (big 4 firms):- Corporate Tax compliance and tax optimization across the group- Transfer pricing compliance by maintaining the master file and local files- Other regulatory compliance (e.g. CbCR, ESR, FATCA, VAT, etc)• Accounting for group restructuring, acquisition, merger, and other form of business combination• Harmonization of the accounting policies across the group for uniform reporting and consistency across the group• Ensuring IFRS compliance across the group by providing appropriate guidance and training to the finance team of subsidiaries for any update in IFRS and its impact• Maintaining and updating group accounting policies and procedures wherever required after any changes in IFRS• In-charge of implementation of SAP business planning and consolidation (BPC) tool at group level• Involved in initial analysis and study of operating COA for implementation of uniform SAP ERP (OneVision) across the group• Review and analysis of the monthly management in-house report (MIS) prepared by subsidiaries• Monitoring the cashflow position, working capital requirement, EBITDA, profit and other key financial performance indicator at group level.• Preparation of minutes of BOD meetings• Assisting top management in making various financial decisions• Quarterly reporting to the shareholder
