Manage the logistics of all the ongoing projects/proposals and will assist the research team inexecuting the projects from start to end. Collaborate with Regional Operations Heads to drive regional initiatives Develop and lead a project management team to achieve operational targets and ensure quality ofprojects and delivering timely solutions to CS team. Brief on new projects: telephonically or face to face (sometimes travel to field centers) Manage projects from study setup, questionnaire input, project handling, quality control and timelyproject completion. Provide regular and continuous feedback to client’s service team and suppliersafter end of each project. Take care of any field query by routing it to the right researcher Daily online monitoring for achievement & quality Project management of allocated projects and maintains the overall quality and timelines. Manage budgets and prepare costing and liaising with OPS team on costs, productivity etc.
