I am currently handling 3 Engineers & 44 workmen for Fabrication work.1. Drawing Study & Estimating time to delivery of Job.2. PR generating for require Project Item.3. According to PCL, make cutting plan as well Fabrication plan week wise & monthwise.4. MIS (management information system) Reporting, monitoring, Setting ofGoals and Targets for the Function and actions to improve on themcontinuously.5. Kick of Meeting with Clients & communicating with him about work status.6. Hiring workmen as per manpower requirement7. Co-ordination with Design, Planning, Machining & Quality department to speedup work & resolve issue.

I worked here as an Assistant Production & Vendor Manager for 9 months. I had to manufacture Pharmaceutical equipment with work allocation to Vendor as per machine. we made here machines like Multi-mill, Paste Kettle, Vibro Sifter, Material Handling Device, Co-mill, Cage Blender, Octagonal Blender, Bins, etc.. I had to coordinate with Vendor for machine works allocation, Design Qualification, PO generation, machines status follow up regularly, Vendor visit, brought items send to Vendor for machine assembly as per plan. Then do FAT with Customer approval. before FAT, material issue and Provide it to shop floor manpower to complete pending work.
