Key Responsibilities : - New Queue Management System Tokan machine installation in All SBI branches in Saurastra region-Arrange training for SBI staff members for new system and software .-Automatic Cheque Drop Box machine installation and its training to SBI staff members.-Coordination with an on-site engineer to Network configuration in a machine and connect with the entire banking server environment-To coordinate with the server support team, network security team and on-site engineer to resolving the issue.-Check network connectivity from Branch to Data server.
