Preparation of annual preventive maintenance plan. Organization and execution of operations and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical utilities such as DG set, transformer, BMS system, chiller, air compressor, HVAC system, DM water plant, ETP, STP plant in the factory and minimizing machine down time.Responsible for engineering QMS documentation and supporting to new projects and ensuring documents/drawings are properly handed over to meet GMP requirement.Manage sufficient spare parts stocks to avoid any break-down of machines causing delay in the validation / production schedules.Responsible to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) about all Maintenance operations and to create IE projects initiatives to bring substantial energy savings.Carried out preventive maintenance by using online PM module METIS software. As per maintenance schedule on site the maintenance of electrical switch board panel carried out.Also an emergency trouble shooting in electrical switch board panel carried out.• Handling complete process of switchgear panel production as well as inline testing.Handling total production and testing of panels with inprocess testing like functional, H.V., logic as per customer’s requirement.• Involved in development of new equipment’s.Involved in developing standards as well as carried out diagnostic & trouble shooting for the same. (Like Busway, VFD panels.)• Well versed with Schneider’s PLC and DRIVE.• Maintaining and preparing the production reports, test reports and records as per company standard.
