With over 20 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, New Product Development, Industrial Engineering, Product Quality, and Continuous Improvement, I have a proven track record of delivering value-added results for various clients and stakeholders.I leverage my credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lean Six Sigma practitioner to execute process improvement projects through the application of Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma principles, techniques, and tools. I eliminate root causes of waste, inefficiencies, non-conformance, and process variation, and enhance productivity, quality, and capacity. I also apply my expertise in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM/DFA), Complexity Reduction, Digital Manufacturing, and Value Engineering to optimize the manufacturing processes and methods, and reduce the total cost and improve the quality and performance of the products.
