KEY WORK: STORES: Material receiving & physically verifying with respect of D.C, Invoice & Packing List. GRN Making & forwarding to respective Dept.  Maintaining complete record of Receipt, Issues, Balance & Rejected material. Job order Issued as per Production Requirements RM Consumption Planning & Controll.  Cost Control. Physical stock taking on monthly basic & reconciliation with system stock. All A Class item stock sent to all concern people on daily basic. Co-ordination with external auditor for inventory stock taking Keeping Record of 4(5) (a) Challan & follow up of materials Ensuring all compliances as per Excise regulation. Cenvat credit Raw material, Capital Good PACKING & DISPATCH: Co-ordinate with planning & Sales dept for Dispatch of Material Co-ordinate with production dept to get finished goods for packing. Packing and Labelling of Bar code of finished goods Arranging vehicle for finished goods & rejected material dispatch Preparing Sales Invoice with respect to Customers Purchase Order & O.A Maintaining complete records of Sales Invoice. Ensure lorry driver is having all necessary documents to avoid complication in transit. i.e. Excise Invoice, Octroi exemption letter, Road Permit etc. Follow up with Transporters to check weather the material has reached its destination. Checking Transporter LR copy Reconciliation of fright payment PURCHASE DEPARTMENT:  Preparing Purchase Order Negotiations (‘C’ Class & Consumable material) Working against production shortage list Continuous follow-up with suppliers for material. ACCOUNT DEPATAMENT: Validation of GRN and create accounting Release Supplier outstanding payment as per purchase order payment Trams Apply and Follow up ‘ C ’ Form  Pre payment Adjustment Dispatch payment cheque  Pre pare Octroi statement monthly basis & Reconciliation  Release payment of octroi and submit to pcmc octori department
