• Possess experience of various welding processes including GTAW, GMAW.• Managing the individual shift production and monitoring Daily Progress Reports (DPR'S) as per schedule.• Managed production activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection, and co- ordination with internal/ external departments for timely delivery of finished products.• Highly skilled in developing techniques for maximizing utilization of manpower/ machinery and enhancing productivity.• Expertise in upgrading manufacturing processes to eliminate waste, reduce cost and improve overall productivity *Deputy of the responsible welding coordinator:-• Prepare List of qualified WPS and List of qualified welders / welding operators.• Assist in training and qualifying welders and/ or welding operators as per established SOP.• Prepare WPS-WPQR documentation as per established SOP.• Prepare/ensure the system documentation compliance in line with EN 15085-2 CL1 /EN ISO 3834-2.• Participate in Review of requirements and technical review.• Prepare Welding Quality Manual, SOP, WI & Forms related to EN 15085-2 CL1 / EN ISO 3834-2.• Prepare / review welding planning documents i.e., Weld Plan, Weld Map, Inspection & Test Plan.• Review inspection reports i.e., before, during & after welding.

• Acted as the single point of contact for Engg/Customer, Management and Operations. In charge to run the shop floor with defined production plan and maintain the on-time delivery.• Lead and manage production planning, customer service, Material planning, inventory control, forecasting and supply chain.• Preparation of the monthly Production plan according to customers dispatch schedule and maintain the record of plan vs actual monthly.• Develop and implement new system and new process in manufacturing which is reduce the manufacturing cost, inventory control and other optimizations in order to grow the business

*Create & release Sales order and do Routing in ERP system.*Preparation of Chess Board updation and planning according to chess board.*Day Today Follow up with the production for on time delivery to customer.

*Preparation job card and release to design department.*Daily follow-up with sales and marketing team regarding dispatches.*Arranging dispatch of various customer by coordinating with logistic department
