Review & approve Mechanical Design of trays and tower internals to the company’s Global Standards and / or client specifications within specified time fulfilling ISO requirementPlan & schedule work of Managers, Engineers, Designers & Draftsmen & check the quality of their output.Monitor actual progress of work against plans and take timely corrective actions to ensure meeting the deadlines / target dates as requested by clients.Assist Sales & Marketing and estimation group for Pre-Order Value Engineering (POVE).Ensure usage of checklists by all Draftsmen & Designers for drafting work.Exhibits the behavior and actions that are a visible example of accountability and personal responsibility for the safety, quality and compliance of all business processes and products.Work instructions and procedures are followed rigorously.Works as active team member with a focus on safety, quality, compliance, and customer.Introduce INNOVATION & SPEED in every action we do to become “Customer’s Preferred Partner”Help in drastic reduction of cycle time, NCRs & cost of quality

Mechanical Design/Drafting of Separation products like Demister/ Demister PLUS units/ Flexichevron/York-Evenflow Vanes / Feed devices.Mechanical Design/ Drafting for Koch Heat Transfer Division for Hairpin Heat Exchanger/ Shell & Tube type heat exchanger/ High Pressure Heat exchanger.Mechanical Design/ Drafting of Mass transfer products like Trays/Distributor/collectors/Support grids/bed limiter etc.

Design of IBR Boiler & related equipment for Sugar plant.Co-ordination for Drawing Approval with Government IBR office.Drafting/Design related to parts like Deaerator tanks/Feed tanks/Air Preheater/Economizer/ Fuel Handling system/ Ducting/ Structure/Pressure Piping/ P & ID etc.Vendor follow up for fabrication related activity.Responsible for Procurement activity.Limited exposure to Site Erection and commissioning activity for Sugar plants.
