The company is active in trading of industrial gases i.e. Argon industrial and N5 grade, Oxygen, Gaseous Nitrogen, Carbon dioxide and Helium Balloon and N5 grade etc. Based on core industries requirement of industrial gases in and around Kuwait the company has established by an setting up 120 TPD ASU plant ( LOX-3000 AR) designed and supplied by LINDE on turnkey basis, which is now under pre and final commissioning stage.Responsibilities• Heading the Operation, Production, maintenance & Logistic divisions.• Co-ordination with Project Manager and LINDE Project consultant for smooth execution of project as per schedule.• Planning, scheduling and monitoring the activities of construction .• Following all codes/standards/regulations required for the project.• Periodical review of progress, checking P&ID’S, technical documents, attend stage wise/ final inspection at manufacture’s works.• Assistance and monitoring of testing/commissioning activities of the project.• Establish operating procedure and control principles, ensure adherence to standards for the products, quality with storage and distribution system, analysis of plant performance and general administration, industrial relations and ensuring compliance of all statutory and safety norms of the unit.• Liaison with customers, consultants, equipment supplier, project authorities etc.• During the execution of the above project various activities includes like erection of machinery and equipment, pre-fabrication, assembling and in-position welding of interconnected piping work, mechanical cleaning, pickling and degreasing of piping works, insulation filling of cold box, warm/cold insulation of piping outside the cold box, instrumentation, electrical works, cryogenic storage tanks, liquid transfer, cylinder filling pumps, interconnecting piping, control valves etc;.

Started my carrier as trainee Supervisor. I have given opportunity to learn CO2 plant operation, gaseous cylinder filling operation, managing shift, taking care of maintenance jobs of plant equipment and tankers during shift. Major responsibility was to control manpower and reduce plant and machinery down time & timely product availability for customer supply.
