Good command on SCADA system.To check the activities in In-Process area as per BMR and housekeepig maintaining.Commissioning the different like reactors,centrifuge,filters,tray dyer,vaccume tray dryer,sparkler filter,nudge filter, agitaed nudge filter dryer.Handing manpower, various unit operation & unit operation involve in production.To ensure that the process is compliance with cGMP ,SOPs.To perform and achieve department objectives as per planning.To run the process as per Batch Manufacturing Record and as per instruction of shift executive.In case of any abnormality in process or in plant, immediate intimate to manager for rectification as early as possible.Enter the data in Equipment usage log, Batch Manufacturing Record, Cleaning log and other required document.Timely submit the samples and result collection from Quality Control department. Follow cGMP & Safety rules during working in the plant. To ensure that preventive maintenance of respective equipment done as per schedule. Maintain housekeeping of production area as per 5-S critera. Perform cleaning of equipment as per SOPs.
