I qualified Company Secretary in the year 2015 and obtained a degree in Law from Delhi University in 2016. I am presently working as an independent advocate and previously worked with Artha Advocates and Legal Services since the beginning of my career and have developed expertise in handling banking matters before NCLT/DRT as well as commercial litigation before High Court and District Courts of Delhi. I have special skill in handling litigations before the Delhi High Court and the District Courts in Delhi. I have completed multiple M&As over the past eight years and has appeared before NCLT in various matter under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Company Law including oppression and mismanagement matters. I am also a Trademarks attorney and represent clients before various government departments including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the RBI, Authorities under RERA in Haryana and UP. I am enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and also a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association and NCLT Bar Association
