• Core member of the Administration and Real Estate team comprising of Property, Facilities and BCM with prime focus on real estate and facilities management apart from providing suggestive inputs on visibility and strategy to the property and business heads.• Provide leadership to a team of 3 officers supported by 20 employees monitoring the activities of 1100 personnel (FTE and outsourced) across 15 locations in UAE.• Represent the bank in major interactions with Regulators, Government and public with the aim of reflecting the bank’s image in a positive manner; support countrywide BCP/DR plan from the property angle and coordinate with BCM team on all evacuation procedures / safety awareness and review all property audit points and ensure resolution within agreed deadlines.• Recommendation of policy revisions, attend meetings and advice on matters affecting bank operations from real estate/facilities perspective in role as Member of Service Executive Committee and various other Steering Committees.

o General Administration, Facilities and procurement with prime focus on execution and enforcement of purchasing policies and procedures of the organization; monitoring of policies impacting procurement functions (price, quality and service) apart from overall supervision of the Administration Help Desk Team/Front Desk and administration activities; reduction of internal and external risks through periodic reviews and necessary action.o Vendor management and development after sampling and finalizing vendor post verification of credentials and statutory requirements, vendor agreement & procurement of various equipments/goods.o Review, draft, negotiate contractual agreements and propose contract terms and conditions; identification and communication of best practices and learning in Procurement and contract management.o Infrastructure/facility management involving day to day maintenance of the office, supervision of regular housekeeping, repairs / upgrade work and support services to ensure Safety and Environmental compliance apart from proper functioning of Facility related out-sourced operations.
