Detect errors in billing processes and make appropriate corrections.- Handle petty cash for warehouse related expenses. - Handle salary of labour & off role employees. Maintain their attendance daily. - Coordinate with sales team, tracking team & operations team for POD & other relevant data for billing purpose. - Assess purchase orders and vendor payments (advances & balances). - Verify and assess all bills before processing. - Initiate and implement innovative logistics in billing functions. - Reconciliation of ledgers for the various clients & vendors.- Assist sales team with collection follow up from clients & maintaining data. - Support other departments and personnel in billing processes. - Maintain registration, batching and coding for billings. - Assist and support audit teams in verifying bills and billing data. - Implement quality billing practices and procedures. - Suggest changes to the implementation/tech team for the CRM systems or in house software being used, to make the processes better & automated.- Generate reports for billing, vendor payments, client outstanding payment etc.
