Set up warehousing procedure and quality services that meet company's actual requirements and at the same time achieve set performance standards Lead, direct and manage logistics operation to ensure that the staff executes on delivering consistent high quality level service and customer satisfaction; and achieves a cost efficient operations in compliance with company policies and procedures Responsible for smooth functioning of warehouse, supply chain management & transport Warehouse accountability and storage maintenance Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives To ensure timely dispatch as per allocation or needs Co-ordination and strong communication with various departments i.e. Accounts, Operations and Sales Evaluation of safety stock limits and inventory order levels Codification and classification of stores-quality checks, bar coding, security tagging, receipts, stocking and retrievingMaintain a clean, professional and safe working environment by inspecting and scheduling maintenance, and ensuring that all office and warehouse equipment is properly accounted for and in safe working condition Preparation documents requirements as per regulations and legalization requirements for dispatching of merchandise to retail stores at different locations Identify and record process quality problems and initiate or recommend solution to these problems, verify and control the implementation Inspection of Inventory Reconciliation Analysis stock count to ensure merchandise security To keep a check on pilferage from the warehouse Develop and train staff to achieve their maximum potential
