As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, involved in end-to-end recruitment process for EU and DACH region.Extensive experience in managing end to end Vendor Management Program Life Cycle Process, Contingent Workforce Management, developing and executing recruiting plans with external vendors.• Single Point of contact handling recruitment for Multiple Accounts, Delivery & Practice under FSC CIS/FSC Digital/WEF - ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS/WIPRO ENGINEERING EDGE.• Work closely with delivery, Practice, Hiring Managers, Business Unit to establish comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet current hiring needs as well as to build pipeline for the projected requirements.• Working with Resource Management Team& business teams to plan and develop strategies for better candidate engagement.• Understanding client requirements and sourcing the suitable candidates for different technical positions.• Source / recruit for permanent role and contract, contract-hire of IT professionals for clients across all over the EUROPE• Negotiating regarding rate with Respective employers of their Respective Consultants.• Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screen candidates.• Maintaining Database of all Consultants/vendors which ever submitted and rejected by clients.• Develop good communication channels with clients, vendors, employers and candidates.• Maintaining Databases as per the skills and requirements• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting efforts, which include pre-screening, coordinating and conducting technical interviews, reference checks, negotiating salaries, job postings, creating, and maintaining employee records and files.
