Hi All,I am a Senior Merchandiser for Aerosol in primacy industries.Once the new customer is on board i will be the one point contact for the customer and the company i handle all query from the customers on product and go to respective team like costing, payment accounting, procurement, transport, quality, design, product carton packing, production and legal team according to customer en query. Then one the customer is satisfied he send purchase order request I send the PO and checklist to all team to keep them informed.I send the purchase request to procurement to arrange for raw materials and design team to make the label approved by customer and production team to plan on the production plan and the transport team for the shipment plan.So then keep all the team chasing for update on all the product requirement and handle production meeting to see what are the challenges faced to production resolve those and get the production done and ask quality team to check for approval of final product.New product development initiative so that new product to offer to the clients.Cross selling the other products send samples to the clients. Asking for the suggestion and plan continuous improvement.Send standard packing procedures to factory with all inputs given with customers.And see that the shipment is on time for the goods
