• Coordinating with Client, Architectural Consultant, Structural Consultant and other agencies for the execution of smooth working.• Liaising & coordinating with client/contractor to resolve project site related issues/fouling • Managing and often taking a leading role on technical aspects, cost and construction matters in the project development and procurement phases.• Detailed control over all aspects of project construction costs, using the client’s standard cost management tools to maintain an accurate overview of the total project cost picture, relating actual and projected cost to budget, and recording authorized payments.• Review the day-to-day activities related to civil engineering scope in coordination with other disciplines in the PMC.• Undertake a gap analysis and review progress of the Civil / Structural / MEP works for compliance with schedule and quality.• Assess and coordinate for any design changes, arraigning missing information between the site and the consultants/contractor’s Sides.• Attend coordination meetings.• Advice in the planning, co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects• Assess and coordinate the work progress and tracking.• Monitor site activities to ensure that construction is progressing according to approved drawings, planned schedules and budgets.• Verify Contractor Billing, Verify Consultant’s bills.• Preparation of civil BOQ items, rate finalized, reconciliation of quantity, rechecking the BOQ items if any cost changes.• Provide assistance in preparing the civil tender documents, finalization of vendors.• Co-ordinate with team members to maintain the time schedule.
