Co-ordination between technical team, the client and the designers for community approvals team, especially from EMAAR/NAKHEEL and JUMEIRAH groups.May 2021 – November 2021Senior Landscape Architect in BIM - Have joined as a senior landscape architect, which includes the design operations, managing the clients with turnkey project solution, site visits, finalizing the material facts, collaborating with the material suppliers and third party contractors/consultants.- Handling and designing the swimming pool projects and services based on the prestigious clients with cost range from AED 300,000 up to AED 3,500,000. - Implemented unique strategy in design operation to speedup deliverables with software level ( ArchiCAD, BIMX, BIMMotion) and co-coordinating with different departments (irrigation, Maintenance, Technical, Softscape and operations) to run the organization to focus on assigned task on their own in landscape architecture/execution.- Integral part of multi-cultural design team which includes 5 landscape designers, 7 site engineers, 2 Quantity Surveyors & the Survey team.
