CurrentRoles :•Project Management/Planning•Project Initiation/Execution•Project Monitoring/Controlling•Risk Management•Time Management•On-site Cost Control•Project Closure/Client Engagement/CommunicationResponsibilities :•Clearly outline the project goals, deliverables, and boundaries.•Conduct a feasibility study to assess the viability of the project.•Develop a project charter that formally authorizes the project and outlines objectives, roles, and Responsibilities •Create a comprehensive project plan that includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, risk, and resource management plans.•Break down the project into manageable tasks and define key milestones.•Assign resources, including team members, equipment, and materials, to specific tasks.•Develop a detailed budget and allocate funds appropriately.•Lead and manage the project team, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.•Maintain clear and effective communication with Client representative, providing regular updates (Via email or site meetings) and addressing any concerns.•Monitor project progress against the project plan, using tools such as Project program and primavera indicators.•Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.•Managing changes according with the scope, schedule, and budget through a structured change control process.•Generate and distribute performance reports to client, highlighting progress, risks, and any issues. Compile all project documentation, including project plans, reports, and lessons learned.•Obtain formal sign-off from Clients indicating the project has been completed to their satisfaction.•Conduct a post-project evaluation to assess what went well and identify areas for improvement in future projects.•Address and resolve any conflicts that arise within the team or with the client and sub-contractors.
