Role: Team LeadSkills: PI Server 2012 with HA, PI AF 2012, PI Manual Logger 2012, PI Datalink 2013, PI Processbook 2012,OPC DA/HDA, UFL, PItoPI Interfaces,PI Coresight, PI WebParts, PI Dataink Server, PI SDK Customization, Interfacing with external systems Labware LIMS, Operation LogbookResponsibility:• Understanding the functional requirements and creating the detailed design document.• Implementing and configuring the PI components ranging from Server, interface and client tools.• Developing the Processbook displays for real time monitoring the various units.• Developing custom Datalink reports which is published in Sharepoint• Developing complex ACE calculations for Emission monitoring system• Interfacing with Labware LIMS Server, Operation Logbook• Interface configuration and troubleshooting issues with interfaces like OPC, HTML, UFL, PItoPI, Perfmon Interfaces• Performing Tag creation, modification requests which include classic, Performance equation, totalizer tags.• Requirement gathering for major and minor enhancements following SDLC cycle.• Client interaction for data gathering workshops, FAT, SAT and Go-Live support.

Role : Offshore LeadResponsibility : • OSI PI Server administration activities and daily health checkup.• Interface configuration and troubleshooting issues with interfaces like OPC, HTML, UFL, PItoPI, Perfmon Interfaces• Developing and maintaining PI Processbook screens, Datalink reports for various plant operations.• Performing Tag creation, modification requests which include classic, Performance equation, totalizer tags.• Developing ACE calculations with VB.net as backend.• Alert monitoring using Excel top view application.• Developing custom applications for monitoring thhe PI system effectively.• Process Implementation for effective productivity from the team.• Requirement gathering for major and minor enhancements following SDLC cycle.• Ensure SLA adherence for the support tickets.• Client interaction for RA, UAT phases and any discussion on improving the systems.
