Preparation of vessel for its final closure by instating internal, repairing internal damaged coating, preparing gasket but and bolts as per specification.Review/comment CCK, STS, FTS Check/Test sheet populated by ICAPS.Preliminary check after MC of subsystem, with latest P&ID marked for mech and piping.After all authorized signatory hand over to ICAPS management team for upload with relevant punches.Reviewing /compiling RFC dossiers for all CCK and STS based on status index.Execution/witnessing of N2 He leak test for hydrocarbon process piping and equipment’s.Witnessed lube oil flushing cleanliness NACE 6 level for gas compressor lube oil system.Witnessed Water injection booster pump lube oil flushing system.Application of denso tape for long term preservation on exposed potion of SS body like coupling hub, ss bolts, flange joint etc.Conformity check of pumps, compressors, installed mechanical process and utility equipment on site based on subsystems referring project specification with latest P&IDCompletion of CCK /STTS check & test sheet after site checking and testing.Check sheet and test sheet hand over to ICAPS management team to upload in Icaps as progress report.Hydro testing @ 1.5 times of design pressure, by removing fragile devices, Static Test of Tank Vessel, Internal Cleaning, media mechanical, water jetting, Air Blowing.Reinstatement of Piping, valve and mechanical equipment. Flange Tightness test (GATL).Reviewing RFC dossiers based on pre-commissioning status index for mechanical & piping.
