Advising Board, CEO and Management, Business and Support Units on the implications of the contractual terms concerning the business, and the necessary steps or actions to protect company interest.Drafting, reviewing and provide necessary legal support on all Business Contracts, Membership/ Commercial Partnership documents and Corporate documents for execution so that business transactions and membership/partnership recruitment process are done in proper manner and timely, and in the best interest of the company (including the commercial/business implications) and in compliance with legal and internal requirements.Convening and managing Shareholders’ Meetings and Board of Directors’ Meetings in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, the Shareholders Agreement and the Articles of Association.
