  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone conversations, negotiation of billing rates & compensation packages, arranging required documents from candidate/vendor side, formatting resumes etc.• Responsible for supporting the contract, Contract 2 Hire, Fulltime positions for direct Clients/Implementation partners and providing the best suitable resources.• Manage and execute end to end recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating, and recruiting candidates.• Requirement understanding & searching through Internal Database and available job portals.• Identifying the best available match for a req. and meanwhile checking & negotiating on pay rate with the consultant.• Scheduling interviews with the consultants & following up with Account Manager for an earliest update. • Identify the best mix of resources to source top talent - Utilize cold calling, job portals,advertising, employee referrals, and other sources to surface high caliber future team, membersin mid to management level positions.• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates based on the parameters set by the clientorganization.• Identify the resume that best suits the client requirements, through various sources like Job Sites, Referrals, Contacts, Database, and Third Parties.• Timely communication with candidates and vendors for their availability for contract, salary Negotiation, relocation, etc.• Recruitment of Citizens, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants as per the client requirement.Used Job diva to submit profiles, update scheduled interview with consultants, update PO information etc.• Involved in company training to improve own skills to achieve monthly targets.• We hire most talented and skillful brains who can be a resource for our clients in taking their business to the next level and even for themselves utilizing their full potential.
