 Worked as a Project Manager Tight Oil Exploration Surface Facility and Upgradation Projects which includes 5 Wells. Co-ordination with the Teams in the Metrix Organization to complete the Engineering, Procurement, and Installation of equipments like Artificial Lift Pumps, Heater Treater, Flare system, Oil Storage, oil pumping system, EHT, Electrical and Instruments. Co-ordinate the site activities including Underground Pipeline Fabrication & Erection for Oil and Water, Piping, Civil Foundations, Equipment Installations, Installation of Electrical and Instrumentation system. To ensure the project being completed with optimum Cost, Time and Quality. Audit the site to ensure the requirements of Safety & Environment are being met. Negotiation with the service provider to ensure required resources availability. Ensure all the works being done as per Company’s specification and standards. Ensure all the approvals from PESO, Electricity Board available as per planning. Planning of the Project Activities and reporting. Co-ordination among different teams and vendors to support decision-making process. Ensure Safety at workplace, co-ordination for the HAZOP, HAZIP and Integrity Study.

 Involved in Maintenance in Alumina Refinery Including Electrical Equipments, Substation Buildings, Cables, Lifts, EOTs, Hoists, Air Conditioning System, Diesel Generators, Ball Mills, Crushers, Wagon tippler and Truck Tippler. Experience in Criticality Analysis and determining FMEA of Critical Equipments. Assist in Condition Appraisal of Electrical Equipments and planning maintenance strategy for improvement. Co-ordination with CEI, Govt of Odisha, BBSR for Annual Inspections of the Electrical Installations in Alumina Refinery and Ensuring Compliance as per the report. Planning for QCs, FIPs and CAPEX projects to achieve planned COP, Improvement of Safety, reduction of breakdown, and saving Energy. Assessment of Employees developmental needs and Planning for the training of the team to achieve desired organizational effectiveness. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Planning and Co-ordinating of resources; Analyze the PM Effectiveness & accordingly updating the PM Checklist, SOPs & SMPs and imparting Training to Engineers & Technicians. Breakdown Maintenance: Planning for the quick resource mobilization to achieve minimum downtime; Leading the team to find the root cause and planning for the preventive actions; Analyzing the effectiveness of the Preventive actions after implementation. Condition Monitoring: Scheduling the Thermography and Vibration Analysis of the Electrical Equipments, Pumps, Compressors and blowers in Alumina Refinery; Analysis of the report to plan & execute corrective actions; Analysis of trends and planning for preventive actions. Annual Shutdown Maintenance: Planning for resources, cost of shutdown; preparation of reports formanagement approval; communication & delegation of activities among the team; co-odinating the shutdown activities; analysis of the cost, time & the challenges post-shutdown and preparation of final report.

 Technical Analysis of Existing Electrical system for making the Optimum Design. Design & Detailed Engineering of Electrical System in Alumina Refinery. Finalization of Project Specifications and scope . Negotiation and Finalization of Project Contracts along with Commercial Team. As a Project Area Owner involved in Civil & Structural Jobs including Buildings, Steel Tankages, Steel Structure fabrication & Erection, and Infrastructure jobs including Substation Buildings, Road Crossing Bridge, Cooling Towers and Civil Foundations for Equipments and Super Structures. Involved in Quality Inspection in Civil and steel structural & Tankages works. Installation of Mechanical Equipments and structures like Pumps, Hoists, Lifts, Gearboxes, Heat Exchangers, Calandrias, Conveyors, Ball Mills, Hammer Crushers, Truck Tipplers, Wagon Tipplers, Tankages and Piping. Installation Testing & commissioning of complete Electrical System including: Electrical Panels up to 33KV; Power Transformers; Distribution Transformers; HT & LT Busducts; ACBs & VCBs; Relays; CTs & PTs; UPS & Battery Charger; NGR; 415V & 690V VFDs; PLC; Battery & Battery Charger; UPS; Capacitor Banks; Diesel Generators up to 1875KVA; Lighting System; Building Electrification; HT, LT, Control & Signal Cables; Earthing System; Lightning Protection System; and Field Equipments like Motors, EOT Cranes, Rake Drives, Fans, Air Compressors, & Wagon Tipplers. Getting Statutory Approval from concerned Government Authority for all the Electrical Installations. Taking care of Safety at work place through auditing and creating awareness. Hook up of Electrical system with DCS; Relay Co-ordination and Checking of schemes of Electrical System. Establishing, Maintaining, Auditing (Internal) the Energy Management System EN16001:2009 (presently ISO 50001:2011) as a Lead Auditor. Determining CAPEX Budget, Planning and analyzing the Paybacks for Improvement Projects in Operational Plant.
