 Design, Deployment & Implementing of AV infrastructure ( Board room, Conference room, Training room, Ball room, Multipurpose Hall, Exhibition Hall, Restaurant) for various Commercial/Hospitality/Residential projects.  Developing AV concept and designing BOM/BOQ of AV infrastructure as per customer need and requirement. Generate & Develop system block/ Single line diagram, Equipment placement, Rack elevation and other detailed drawing require coordinating with Electrical/Civil/Interior team.  Manage, schedule & monitor the complete range of Project management activities entailing Material management, Strategy planning / Execution, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of AV Systems. Review & validate the consultant AV tender package (Drawings, SLD & BOQ) for high end turnkey projects. POC with AV integrator/Vendor and OEM for various new technologies in Audio-Visual. Carrying out resource mobilization, manpower deployment and rendering technical support; ensuring Optimum utilization of man power at site, execution of projects within time, cost & budgetary parameters. Coordination with AV vendor and other stockholder such as electrical, civil, interior design & IT for smooth execution of project. Responsibility includes validation of equipment specifications and assists the Procurement & Contract team in getting better pricing from OEM’s.
