*Managing supplier development activities for Global site medical plants (New supplier Qualification and existing supplier reevaluation).*Responsible for overall supplier performance monitoring (Supplier delivery performance to request date).*Responsible for RMS (Raw material specifications) creation for medical components.*Responsible for supplier APQP & PPAP validation for Global site Automotive plant (for all Global supplier including electrical, electronic and mechanical commodity).*Communicate with global suppliers to obtain RoHS/REACH / Conflict minerals declarations.*Escalate non-compliant parts to Product Engineers and Component Engineers to ensure environmentalrequirements.*Responsible for FAIR Ballooning for incoming materials drawing (for mechanical parts).Managing Supplier RMA, Supplier 8D validation and supplier PPM.*Responsible for Site KPI monitoring and weekly conference meeting with factory management.*Preparation of documents such as HLD, FMEA, CP, SOP, SOW and MIS.*Problem solving using 5Y analysis and 7 QC tools. (Tool used: Minitab)*Working on 5S, Lean, six sigma, Kaizen, Poke Yoke etc. to improve quality & cost reduction etc.*Managing Internal Audit like PMT, QMS Based on 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016.

• • Ensure smooth process of NPI & Mass production through compliance of Test, Quality & Special process requirement.• SMT & Backend (Sub & Final assembly) process Quality improvement & Innovation through DMAIC approach.• Support and coordination with customer & Supplier on technical issue from PPAP to regular supplies.• Worked with International customers (Cisco, Juniper, Nettap,Hp, Aruba).• CAPA and 8D report sharing to gain their satisfaction on running process & QRQC for internal problem solving. • Change management-ECO, ECN & Deviation implementation & Control.• Preparation and implementation of Quality procedure, work instruction and training.• Managing external process/product audits like, ISO, UL,TUV• Managing internal Audits for various functions, planning of audit schedule, audit reporting and NC closure.• Initiating Root Cause Analysis for the process gaps, recurring errors & deviations & CAPA closure.• Preparation and presentation of Management / Business Review Meetings, coordinating external / Customer Audits & ensures closure of all NC’s within TAT.• Monitoring the trend of Customer Complaints / Field defects to ensure effectiveness of process.• Analysis of customer complaint, root cause investigation and CAPA implementation.• Review, update & Control of Process documents like Process Flow Chart, PFMEA & Control Plan• Drive projects & defect analysis to reduce Quality Concerns, PPM & Quality incidence at supplier & Factory end• Ensure Immediate response to customer issues & the containment at all stages (customer end, transit, warehouse & in the plant) to avoid line disruption of all customers & closure of all 8D report for customer issues• Managing incoming material and monitoring supplier PPM with SCAR.
