Develops and maintains of Injection mold Design and Build Standards.Works with production to troubleshoot tooling issues.Project management for new tools and (ECN) engineering change note.Involved in the analysis of technical data (drawings, data, and sketch, etc.)Prepare DFM and DFMEA and conduct mold flow using Autodesk mold flow software.Performing design improvement recommendation, 3-D data & Product drawing developmentand its verification for tooling.Checking, assembly, gap and flush fixture design w.r.t RPS (Reference positioning system).To complete the project file and ISO documentation according to requirementAnalyzing between every department involved in the project to make them work as a teamProject leading.
