• Preparing BOQ, technical specification & tender documents as per site condition. Getting approval from clients/Consultants, preparing schedule of work for installation.• Update the drawings as per the consultant’s comments and submit for approvals.• Performing construction administration duties, such as: RFI preparation, construction inspection.• Variation preparation (If applicable) & obtain approval from consultant / Client.• Maintain log for all the variation submittal & Main contractor liabilities.• Maintain project compliance in accordance with the project specification.• Preparing the payment application based on the work progress.• Prepare the WIR, MAR & MIR for all materials and obtaining consultant approvals.• Coordinates with suppliers and manufactures for site inspection and installation.• Coordinate with contractors for smooth functioning of the project.• Site supervision, inspection and quality management on sight.• Inspects work in process to insure its completion within allotted time limits and for acceptable quality standards.• Testing and commissioning.• start-up and handover equipment’s to the consultant & client representatives.• Preparation of Handing over document for the project.
