• 3.3 MW (Proto type) Analysis & Inspection of class -A, class-B, and class –C materials.• 3.3 MW (Proto type) evaluation of assembly BOM with proto type product.• 3.3 MW(Proto type) Preparation of SOP/Assembly check sheet/ Torquing guidelines.• Incoming inspection audit/ In-process inspection audit/ final testing of WTG as per QAP.• Maintaining of master & Control copy of drawings.• Preparation of SOP & Maintain Documents as per ISO-9001-2015.• PDCL activity and preparation report & commissioning checklist verification.• Preparation of MIS report of incoming, In-Process & final product and circulating to concerns person/department/customer.• Co-Ordination of calibration activity and calibration certificate.• Maintain Quality Dossier of the WTG as per Company policy and customer requirements.• Vendor audit for CAPA effectiveness Confirmation.• Handling customer complaint and planning corrective action for the same.• Maintaining records related to inspection/testing/QMS certification.• NCR filing and tracking for closure of the same at PDCL.• Preparation daily inspection /NCR for the component level non conformity observed.• Non-conformity reduction through continues feedback to production, VQA & SCM.• Handling quality of RD93, RD100, and RD113 during production.

• Wind mast Installation Planner in WRD Department.• Team Lead & maintenance Engineer in WRD Department. (Mast height 125 meter, 150 meter, 160 meter)• Survey of Land as per GPS Coordinates.• Wind Data collection through I pack data logger.

• Good Knowledge about WEC Erection & re-erection of tower, nacelle, machine hub, Blade etc.• Installation Planner, Team Lead & site Engineer.• Executing the Planning for erection activities, cranes, material storage, manpower before starting of a project (According to the number of wind energy converters.).• WEC care for Long term storage & maintenance.• Good knowledge about concrete tower installation (for Ex. Leveling of bottom segment mounting of concrete segment, Stressing & Grouting)• After complete WEC installation each and every operation’s and activities IQA checking for customer satisfaction.
