About Manoj Kumar Tiwary

I am responsible to drive projects to reduce Carbon emission in Scope 1 (Primarily) and work for net zero emission in long term. This involves carbon emission calculation , coordination with various agencies (internal & external) to find avenues for reduction. I am piloting a project of driving Responsible Supply Chain Implementation at suppliers and distributors level. This will help us in driving Net zero emission with scope 3 emission as well. Other areas as Human rights and Ethics are being assessed and projects are designed in collaboration with supply chain partners for corrective actions to increase transparency & fairness.Water being one of the scarce resources, I am actively working towards water neutrality. I am involved in a project where we are working toward water neutrality. This involves water foot print study and river basin study for watershed management. I am responsible to execute the projects within timeline.I am TRIZ level 2 (an innovation tool) certified, which equips me to generate ideas and engineering solution for the projects and ensure its obstacle free implementation and project completion. This technique also helps in Environmental Design and making products more sustainable. I am an ace trainer on Product Design thinking, Innovation and Sustainability . I have trained >1000 officers (junior - mid level) in the given areas.I have been credited with best Innovator award in my earlier company (ACC Ltd) and have completed many operational improvement projects at Tata Steel.
