• Supply Chain Improvement: Responsible for analysis and utilization of continuous improvement tool design Supply Chain Solutions in current and future operations. • Operational excellence: Ensuring all standard processes are followed as per definition across stores. Implementing and monitoring adherence to processes across cluster of outlets.• Team Management: Manpower planning and managing a team of 35 members comprising Store Managers, Delivery boys and Kitchen Operation executives. • Data Analysis: For improving market penetration and awareness. • Stakeholder Management: End to end Stakeholders management and vendor management including pitching and negotiation.

• Buying of fresh fruits and veg. from the farmers and local contractors.• Supplying fruits and vegetables from Uttarakhand to other states i.e. Mumbai, Delhi and local markets.• Responsible for supply chain and logistics including partnering with internal and external distribution partners• End­ to­ end Stakeholders management and vendor management including pitching, negotiation and troubleshooting.• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock management.
