Currently i am working with brandman retail pvt ltd as an assistant manager. where i am handling there retail stores & marketplace operations.activities in which i worked on daily basis mentioned below1) Daily Sales & Collection Reconciliation of 11 stores.2) Marketplace order tracking like return pending or RTO pending.3) In case QC failed of return/rto received ensuring claim should be raised withing TAT as per marketplace.4) Matching Books with Marketplace sales.5) Taking care of order pending pack, order pending to be handover to courier partner.6) Marketplace Payment reconciliation.7) working to reduce ORder rejection due to inventory mismanagment.I have also Completed Data Science & Business Analytics program at the University of Maryland(Upragd), a comprehensive 7-month course that commenced in April 2023 and ends in October 2023. Throughout this program, I am gaining proficiency in various essential tools and technologies such as Tableau, SQL and Advanced Excel.As a team player, I am skilled in reviewing and managing escalations, providing timely resolutions, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, I am experienced in collecting and providing data required for various audits, maintaining a strong commitment to financial accuracy and compliance.
