With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality and event management industry, I am currently the General Manager Business Units at Compass Group India, the world's leading food service provider. In this role, I oversee the operations, sales, and profitability of multiple business units across the country, serving diverse sectors such as healthcare, education, corporate, and sports. I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, optimize the processes, and enhance the customer satisfaction. I have successfully secured and executed large contracts with prestigious clients, such as the Indian Premier League, the World Cup, and the Commonwealth Games. I have also achieved operational excellence and quality standards by applying the principles and tools of Six Sigma and Operational Excellence, for which I have obtained certifications from LinkedIn. Some of the skills that I have developed and utilized in my current and previous roles include revenue management, new business development, event management, F&B training, and team leadership. I am passionate about creating memorable and innovative experiences for our customers, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and sustainability.
