 Day to day manpower planning & resolving problems as production supervisor in product Testing of Energy meter and APFC panels. Acquire technical knowledge of energy meter and panel assembly and testing. Lead & motivate team of 38 operators in two shifts and complete monthly schedule /customer order on time. Improved acceptance levels of APFC’s customized orders as per customers requirement.
