 Handling Project sales of ELV systems solution ie CCTV / Access Control / Public Address / SMATV / AV Intercom / Traffic Barriers / Fire Alarm System etc.  Monitoring the dealer sales of Electric components ie switches / sockets / LED spot light / LED Down light / LED fixtures / Lighting Luminaries and other electrical accessories. Reviewing technical drawings of individual projects, calculation of BOQ, site survey, providing suggestion to the clients for best output, taking care of consultant’s approval and amendments. Responsible for inviting quote from standard / sourced out manufacturers around the globe, negotiating with them for prices, payment terms and delivery schedules. Visiting the MEP consultants for brand approval for individual projects. Timely coordinate and liaise with Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Contractors.

 Handling Project / Tender Sales of Electrical components and ELV systems ie Under Vehicle Tracking / Guard Tour / Perimeter fencing and Car Park Management System etc. Monitoring of Government tenders including invitation of quote from principals, quote comparison and price negotiation, preparation of tender documents (ie technical and financial bid) and tender submission. Prequalification of suppliers through Electricity Distribution Directorate (Bahrain) for supplying of products to individual Government concerns. Exploring new projects and keeping up dates on the market flow with regular observation on the market activities of competitors.

 Handling Project / dealer sales of Electric components ie LED Lights / Cables / Distribution boards / Batten fittings / Transformers / HPSV / MV Lamps / Joint & Termination kits etc. Establishment of dealers prioritizes their deliveries against the purchase orders, and follow-ups by visiting them regularly in order to meet their daily requirements. Taking care of government tenders and preparation of tender documents. Keen intention to increase with minimum 20% customers annually, into the existing customer data base to boost up the business.

 Store management, cash management and assisting selection of sales staff. Preparation of daily sales / purchase statement and monthly closing report. Encouraging sales staff to meet excellent sales potential and achieving targets.

 Calculation of amount for the job conducted by subcontractors. Preparation of L.P.O and maintaining sales statements. Site visit for job inspection, clarifications, insisting subcontractors to complete the job.
