 Responsible for Production Targets, meeting Delivery schedule, Productivity, Product Quality, Material Handling. Arranging deployment of manpower, machines and materials to ensure achievement of pre-defined daily /weekly targets. Coordination with different departments within the company to achieve customer and company master schedule milestones. Organizing Periodic Review of Production Targets, achievements, deviations and preparation of corrective action plan; using statistical tools / techniques to impact on process for improvements. Good exposure in manpower handling by regular interactions and day to day resolving related matters. To ensure individual skills and knowledge of all employees in the team are up to date, through appropriate training and development (Skill Matrix) .  Control and sustain absenteeism & operator turnover up to 10% by motivating policy like production incentive, attendance & retention awards with HR Deptt .  Maintain and update all production related MIS .Prapair and update BOM in ERP system. Maintain the Inventory shop floor and store.  Study the on line and offline production activity and calculate OEE, identify the time loss and increase the production by eliminating it. To maintain proper documentation regarding daily process audit. To Prepare and maintain Production MIS . Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2008
