● Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.● Processed payroll on a monthly basis● Preparation of Quotations, memos and issuing Invoices● Preparation of bank reconciliation statement● Handling of petty cash ● Preparation of Cash Payment Voucher, Cash Receipt Voucher, Bank Payment Voucher ,Bank Receipt Voucher, Journal Voucher● Developing and updating accounting, finance and management policies and procedures.● Set up and uphold manual and automated information filing systems ● Good relationship management & negotiation skills in liaising with Banks, other financial institutions and various regulatory authorities.● Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices● Assist out Finance section with fund requirements through the preparation of fund transfer letters, and ensuring timely transfer of funds to meet the group’s requirements in the region.● Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents● Prepare an executive summary of monthly accounts together with the monthly accounts● Ensures that management receives timely and accurate management reports
