Planning & Execution of the Commercial Process

--Heading New Connections from 1 KW to 44 KW of the largest Division of BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, Saket. --Saket has a daily applications for new connection to the tune of 150 Nos.-- Managing Complete Process from New connection application to Commercial Feasibility, Technical feasibility, load feasibility and demand note generation.

Key Consumers Cell: Management of complete life cycle from New Connection to Recovery of Key Consumers

 Management of changeover function (First of its kind initiative in Indiaunder the MERC regulation customers can opt either R-infra or TATA Power forelectricity supply). To devise new processes and improve existing processes of distribution functionsin coordination with SAP IS-U. To Analyse system data and prepare trend reports for the top management tohelp management understand the effects of changeover process on RelianceEnergy’s business. To follow the orders given by Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) & appellate tribunal of electricity (ATE) and understand the impact of particular order on R-infra changeover activities.

Key Accounts Management

• To Develop Customized Services to be provided to premium consumers.• To devise & deliver Value Added Services.• To act as a single touch point for Rinfra Premium consumers (Consumption: > 20 thousand Units/Month) and resolve their commercial as well as operational issues.• To educate & aware premium consumers on issues such as Power Factor, Demand Side Management, Prompt Payment Discount and Time of Day tariff etc. • To ensure that network is developed to meet the demand of upcoming commercial projects (Load more than 1 MVA) in the given area. • To interact with project owners and ensure that Contracts are signed & Sub-station or receiving station space is finalized before the project starts. • To improve commercial processes for greater accuracy & efficiency under Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) guidelines in coordination with SAP IS-U/CCS.• Devising processes for various functions of changeover activity & assisting SAP IS-U team in implementing them.

 To capture consumer-related information & feedback, analyse them and usethem to improve processes. To regularly identify and liaison with the opinion makers such as NDPL BrandAmbassadors, RWAs, IWAs, public representatives, Govt. Officials etc. On the basis of interactions, collate and analyse information received andproactively suggest ways and means of launching various consumer relatedinitiatives to achieve consumer delight. To coordinate with different departments of the organization to improve servicedelivery. Ensure relevant consumer communication is disseminated to all concerned.Responsible for communicating changes in policies; tariff and other relevantinformation to various consumer groups from time to time.
