Heading entire Smelter & Power commercial services including stores for 1.1. MTPA, 513 MW CPP + 272 MW Wind power.• Generating savings worth Rs 88 Cr within 12 months • Executing contract worth Rs 2000 Cr including major O & M contracts, Shutdown orders, and One-time services orders• Transitioning operations and improving efficiency by switching discrete stores concept to common Mega Ware House concept• Establishing supply chain partnerships and forward operations centers around the world to increase operational readiness and support worldwide• Contracting for Smelters and Power finalization with End-to-end philosophy• Developing the state-of-the-art techniques to improvise the mentoring to team members and measuring the vertical efficiency• Building and enhancing transparency among vendors by adopting online auctions for all the cases• Introducing digitalization and automation in the practices• Implementing processes to reduce input costs by ordering components based on annual forecasts to take advantage of economies of scale

• Developed and drove Sustainability improvement, Manpower Optimization, Cost reduction, Efficiency improvement initiatives.• Led a team of Around 270 members ( Including O&M Contractor) of different departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, HR, Accounts & Logistics)

- Overall Responsible for the operational aspects of all the CPPs of HZL Taking care of Coal related decisions and deciding the coal procurement accordingly.- Handling Material Management and other required Managerial activities - Technical STAR of Vedanta and STAR of the Business of HZL.

Worked as Dy HOD (Instt) for 45 MW CPP. Responsible for Instrumentation Maintenance, Manpower,Material Management.

Responsible for all related Instrumentaion job for 1 X 30 MW CPP project activities and completed the same successfully. After completion of the project , responsible for the entire instrumentation maintenance day to day jobs including Manpower / Material Planning keeping the Budgatary aspects into consideration.
