• Developing an understanding of MapR’s implementation of Hadoop and Apache Drill • Determine the proper configuration for Alteryx and Qlik Sense to submit Drill queries using a secure JDBC/ODBC connection. • Work with development teams to properly configure the Alteryx and Qlik Sense environments. • Develop an understanding of Impala and how its SQL dialect differs from Drill • Engage development teams to review SQL dialect differences and make recommendations on how to refactor existing Impala queries to work with Drill
